"Oregon made its reputation on graceful, gentle wines like this. It's generous, with fresh, bright kirschwasser scents grounded by a fine, humus-like element; its fruit cushioned by oak but not overtaken by it, with just enough acid for lift and contour. It's a balance that's hard to find in American pinot, and a lovely accompaniment to duck confit." - Patrick Comiskey
